At InchesByTea, we operate under a strict NO-REFUND Policy. However, we are committed to ensuring that each customer receives the correct items in satisfactory condition. Please review the following guidelines regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

                                   1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

 

    ​If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, be sure to get in touch with us immediately (Within 24 hours of receiving it) at support@inchessbytea. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

                                             2. Misplaced or Stolen Items:

 

    If your package is misplaced or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend contacting the delivery carrier directly to file a claim. While we will do our best to assist you in such situations, misplaced or stolen items are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee a resolution.

                                                3. Prevention and Monitoring:

    We advise customers to monitor their tracking information closely and be present to receive their packages upon delivery. Keeping track of delivery schedules can help prevent potential issues and ensure timely receipt of your orders.
